Student Financial Solutions’ mission is to provide groundbreaking default prevention services and develop creative default prevention plans that truly make an impact to schools and students.

Student Financial Solutions is the vision of Matthew Siegel, a 17-year veteran of the student loan industry and financial aid.  His experience includes working for the nation’s largest student loan lender where his career started as a customer service representative in 1996.  Early on, it was evident that one of Matthew’s strengths is communication.  This strength led him to work in the industry as a corporate trainer, manager, technical consultant, and eventually as an account manager partnering with schools throughout the Southwest.  His expertise, although varied, has always focused on student loan repayment and default prevention.  Matthew has also worked as a Financial Aid Officer at a university in Texas.
